SALON/SPA ETIQUETTE For assistance in scheduling a salon or spa service: Our Spa Coordinators will be pleased to assist you. Email us at appts@5elements-spa-salon.com, or call (260) 969-6955 Arrival and Check-In: We suggest that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork. Change into comfortable spa attire, relax, and enjoy our amenities of the salon/spa "experience". Late Arrivals: Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate our technicians to be on time for their next guest. Guests who arrive late may not receive the full time allotted, but will be charged the full amount of the service. Cancellations and No-Shows: Thank you for honoring our technician's most valuable time.
Payment: We accept cash, local checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time the appointment is scheduled for all spa packages, group packages of four or more guests, or special promotional packages. A major credit card will be needed to secure all appointments for Weddings, Spa Parties, or Special Occasion Events at the Time of booking. Senior Citizen's Discount Our 60+ year young guests receive 10% off. Smoking: As a courtesy to others, smoking is prohibited within our facility. Professional Retail Policy: We pride ourselves in offering high quality professional retail salon and spa products. We appreciate your support for our profession when choosing 5 Elements as your point of purchase destination. Products, with a receipt, may be returned within 30 days from date of purchase for a salon credit. No cash or charge refunds will be given. Quality Service Policy: All chemical services are guaranteed only when our professional products are used for homecare maintenance. Our staff will recommend a homecare regimen to maintain, restore and replenish your individual needs. If at any time you are not satisfied with the quality of your service at 5 Elements, please notify management within two weeks of your visit. We will gladly assist you. If at any time you are not satisfied with a staff member of 5 Elements for whatever reason, please notify management. We encourage you to experience different staff members within each of our domains. 5 Elements management realizes that our staff and guests are our greatest resource. Our staff respects the fact that we want our guests to continue patronizing our facility and will never take offense as to your decisions.
