ABOUT OUR STYLISTS...

What is the difference between our Commission and Independent Staff Members?

It has nothing to do with the quality of your service!

5 Elements is proud to have both Commission and Independent Stylists.
All of our Stylists are well established assuring our guests of a quality service!

A Commission Stylist works strictly on a commission basis. An Independent Stylist leases space within our business to perform their own business functions, including their own individual service/price menus and/or optional individual retail/retailing and their own sales promotions.

Please consult with any one of our Independent Stylists as to their individual specials or promotions.

5 ELEMENTS NEW 2011 RETAIL POLICY

Your retail purchases may now be purchased directly with your Independent Stylist and/or 5 Elements! We certainly do not want to inconvenience any of our guests. If for any reason your stylist does not have something you need you may always purchase it from 5 Elements.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for honoring our staff's most valuable time. Please understand that when we have a guest cancel without a 24 hour notice it is very difficult to schedule another guest due to the time constraint. To avoid any cancellation or "no show" fees please call or leave a message on our "after hours" message service.
